Returns and Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept returns and cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to the nature of our Art products, we normally do not accept returns.
However, an item will be considered for return only on the grounds of:
Damages to the artwork incurred while in transit with Royal Mail, or if an item has been lost in its entirety during the postage process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Artwork is packaged in the appropriate rigid paperboard mailer envelopes or cardboard tubes specifically used for posting artwork, to resist bending.
All products are shipped with First Class Royal Mail Signed and includes ‘Online delivery confirmation’ and ‘Signature on delivery’.
To complete your return we will require your:
High quality photos of, and a of description of the packaging and condition of the mail item itself so we can verify the condition meets Royal Mail’s Compensation Arrangements.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item, and securing the package appropriately.
If your return is approved for a refund, the return shipping costs will be included in your refund ONLY with proof of a Tracked Postage Receipt.
Once we have received your returned package:
The return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after we receive update from Royal Mail.
If your claim meets Royal Mail’s Compensation Policy and you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If Royal Mail do not accept the claim, we will be unable to offer you a refund.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com .
Exchanges (if applicable) :
If the item you have purchased is no longer in stock and you would prefer to replace your item rather than receive a refund, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to organise restocking and replacing your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
