Processing Times
​
All orders are carefully prepared and packed by hand. We aim to dispatch orders within 3–7 working days unless otherwise stated. For larger artworks or framed works, dispatch times may be slightly longer as additional packing and courier arrangements may be required.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information.
UK Shipping

Orders within the United Kingdom are sent via tracked courier services. Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days once dispatched.

International Shipping
​
We ship internationally using tracked and insured courier services. Delivery times vary depending on the destination but are typically 3–10 working days once dispatched.

For our Fine Art Print Collection, we offer a Global Express courier service with the following flat-rate international shipping options:

• £15 – United States, Canada & Europe
• £45 – Rest of the World

Shipping for original artworks may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the piece. In some cases, shipping will be calculated separately and confirmed with the buyer prior to dispatch.
International shipments are sent DAP (Delivered At Place).
This means the recipient may be responsible for paying import VAT, customs duties, or courier handling fees required by their country before delivery. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the artwork price or shipping cost.

Customs & Import Charges
​
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or courier administration fees in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by local customs authorities.

If customs charges are refused by the recipient and the shipment is returned, any return shipping costs or fees incurred may be deducted from any refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork. All artworks are carefully packed using protective materials to ensure they arrive safely.
For larger or more complex works, shipping may be quoted individually.

Damaged Parcels
​
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the artwork so that we can assist you and initiate a courier claim if necessary.

Delivery Address
​
Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct. We cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by customs clearance, courier networks, weather, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Failed Deliveries
​
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, the buyer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the artwork.

Risk & Responsibility
​
All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the courier service. In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, we will assist the buyer in opening a claim with the courier where applicable.

Returns & Refund Policy
Made-to-Order Prints
All fine art prints are made to order, and for this reason we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If your print arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage so that we can arrange a replacement.

Original Artworks
Due to the unique nature of original artworks, all sales of original works are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If an artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the artwork and packaging so that we can assist in resolving the issue and, where applicable, initiate a courier claim.
​
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for artworks due to change of mind. Please ensure you have carefully reviewed the artwork description, dimensions, and images before completing your purchase.
Damaged Items
All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit and are shipped using tracked and insured courier services.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• Photographs of the damaged artwork
• Photographs of the packaging
• Your order details
This information allows us to process an insurance claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or solution where possible.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or an incorrect item has been sent.

International Orders
International orders of Original Artworks are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). Any import VAT, customs duties, or courier handling fees required by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable.
