Our latest addition to our Tarot Series: ‘Strength’ 🦁✨

The Strength tarot card represents inner courage, compassion, patience and emotional resilience. Rather than relying on force or control, Strength reminds us that our greatest power comes from understanding ourselves and meeting challenges with calmness and confidence.
Traditionally, the lion represents our instincts, fears and wild emotions, while the figure gently taming it symbolises our ability to guide those forces through patience, love and self-belief.

As always, we’ve reinterpreted the card through our own nostalgic, playful lens! Our figure becomes a little girl gently taming a push-along stuffed lion toy, reminiscent of the toys from our own childhood...and of course we’ve filled the piece with lots of little hidden details to discover! 👀

Original Mixed Media artwork on paper: with spraypaint, fluorescent details, hand-painted metallic gold frame and hand-pullled Silkscreen printing.

Although part of a limited edition of 6, each piece is handled individually and each is therefore unique by their very nature.

Behind the scenes at the making of our four ‘Wild Charm’ screenprints! 🩵🦓🧡🐘💚🐯🩷🐒

Created especially for our Guest Artist collection with @dswfwildlife @dswfwildlifeart , all four are completely unique 1/1 silkscreen prints, printed by hand in metallic inks. We’re very excited for this series to be exhibited together at the Mall Galleries this September!

Each piece features a gold or silver charm bracelet, filled with wildlife, tiny symbols of the natural world and little details celebrating the species and places we want to hold onto. Hidden amongst the charms we have included a ‘Forget Me Not’ charm, as a reminder not to forget the wildlife we share our world with and the importance of protecting it for the future.

These works are available to purchase, with 50% of sales supporting DSWF’s mission to protect wildlife! 🐾
